Gold - 14 Karat$7.45/gram
Gold - 18 Karat$11.05/gram
Sterling Silver$0.20/gram
Platinum$23.40/gram

Each shipment received is analyzed for precious metal contents and a check is issued to you. If you are not completely satisfied please Contact Us and return the check. We will return your jewelry; no questions asked.

How do I find out what karat my gold is?
Look for Hallmarks:  Hallmarks are stamped imprints on the jewelry that indicate Karat; they typically are stamped on the inside of rings and on inconspicuous surfaces, such as the clasps of chains or earring backs. A "GF" hallmark indicates gold-filled which is very low value.
What if I'm not sure if something is gold or simply gold plated?
Costume jewelry is frequently gold plated and is very low  value. A simple way to test whether a piece is plated is to scratch it a few times with an emery board and put a drop or two of white vinegar on the surface. If it turns color it's plated.
