THE PROMISES YOU MAKE:

When dealing with Sell Gold™, you make these promises to us:

(1) That you are over twenty-one (21) years old.

(2) That you are the owner of any property that you send to us and you are not acting on behalf of anyone else.

(3) When you send us your property, you will insure the package for its full value – if it is lost or stolen before it arrives at Sell Gold™, you may make a claim against the shipper (for example, the U.S. Mail or Federal Express), but will not make a claim against Sell Gold™.  You agree to send us the property by certified mail or by Federal Express overnight delivery carrier (so that your shipment can be tracked).

(4) Once we determine the value of the property you send to us, we will send you a check for that amount to the address you provide.  If you agree with the amount, cash the check and the property will then become the property of Sell Gold™.  If you do not agree with the amount of the check, you will: (i) contact us via email; and (ii) send the check back to us within ten (10) days.

(5) You understand that if we do not receive an email message from you and our check back from you within ten (10) days, we will process the property you have sent to us – once we process the property (which involves melting and refining), the property cannot be recovered.

THE PROMISES WE MAKE:

When dealing with Sell Gold™, we make these promises to you:

(1) Once we receive your property, we will catalog it and will notify you if the property that we received does not match the property you listed in your package.  We will return the property if you request.

(2) After we have determined the value of the property, we will mail a check to the address you provide to us.  If you do not contact us via email and return the check to us within ten (10) days, we will process the property.

(3) If we return the property to you, we will return it by either certified mail or overnight mail to the address you provide.  We will insure the property for the value we have placed on the property.  If it gets lost or stolen, we will make a claim against the U.S. Mail or overnight mail provider, and you agree that the liability of Sell Gold™ will be limited to the value we have placed on the property.

THE PROMISES WE BOTH MAKE:

When dealing with Sell Gold™, we both make these promises:

(1) If Sell Gold™ returns your property and it gets lost or stolen before it gets to you, we will file a claim with the U.S. Mail or overnight mail provider.  We will keep you informed while that claim is pending.

(2) We each agree that the maximum liability of Sell Gold™ in any event and for any cause will be limited to the value we have placed on the property you have sent to us.

(3) The promises each of us has made will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any claims or disputes between us must be filed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
